Individual Homemade-flavoured OREO Ice-Cream

Saya teringin nak makan ice cream vanila yang dibeli semalam di Giant. Kemudian, saya terfikir 'why don't I put another ingredients to the ice-cream to make it a little more exciting?'. It is super simple.

All you need is : Vanilla ice cream, Oreo, cashew nuts, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot fudge topping,

Tapi jangan sampai hancur sangat, just crush them coarsely. Before you dig in, drizzle some hot fudge on top of the ice cream. Yumm.. can you tell how good does it taste? Try it :)

Blueberry Trifle

Assalamu'alaykum wa rahmatullah..
Yesterday I made a blueberry trifle on my mother's request. I made a chocolate-strawberry trifle once for my cousins and it was a big hit, so my mother didn't even have a chance to taste it. This time it was all hers :)
Trifle is always a matter of your own preferances of taste. It is usually formed in 3 layers; cake, custard and cream. It is so easy to make, I took 15 min to prepare it. Just mix and match some flavours and the taste will be unbelievably indulging.
This is what I used to make this trifle. The quantity of each ingredients depends on how big your bowl is;
A marble Swiss Roll cake - cut into cubes (you can use any type of store-bought cake)
Munchy's Chocolate Cookies - crushed (any type of biscuits will do it too)
Blueberries
Juice of 1/4 orange
JELL O Vanilla Instant Pudding (This is sugar free and fat free)
1 3/4 cup of low fat milk
Whipped Cream
Smucker's Hot Fudge Toppings - melted in microwave or double boiler
This is how I did it;
1- Layer the bottom a bowl with the cubed cakes, crushed cookies and blueberries. Squeeze the orange juice over the cake.
2- Prepare the pudding; mix the pudding with 1 3/4 cup of milk and stir for about 2 minutes until it becomes soft-set. I mix some crushed cookies in the pudding; then pour onto the cake layer.
3- Then top it with whipped cream and drizzle the hot fudge topping over the cream.
4- Refrigerate it before serving.
Bon appetit! :)
